Payout policy

1. Introduction

Phygicart is committed to ensuring a transparent, efficient, and timely payout process for all eligible affiliates. This policy outlines the different payout structures, eligibility criteria, and payment schedules.

2. Types of Payouts

A. Daily Payout

• Affiliates can receive daily payouts based on their commission earnings.
• The daily payout is processed for qualified affiliates with active accounts.
• Minimum payout threshold Rs.100/-
• Payouts are transferred to the registered bank account or digital wallet.

B. Weekly Payout

• Weekly payouts are credited every Thursday.
• This payout includes accumulated commissions from the previous week’s sales and team performance.
• Eligibility is determined based on meeting the required sales volume (SV) or other performance metrics.

C. Monthly Performance Bonus & Rewards

• Affiliates who achieve specific sales targets or leadership milestones are eligible for additional bonuses.
• Rewards include cash incentives, product bonuses, or other exclusive benefits.
• Monthly bonuses are calculated based on overall performance and released within the first week of the following month.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Only activated IDs are eligible for payouts.
• Affiliates must comply with company policies and maintain active participation.
• Any discrepancies in personal or bank details may result in payout delays.

4. Payout Process

• Payouts are automatically calculated and disbursed as per the above schedule.
• Bank processing time may vary based on individual banking institutions.

5. Deductions & Adjustments

• Applicable tax deductions and processing fees will be applied as per local regulations.
• Any violations of company policies may result in payout adjustments or withholdings.

6. Dispute Resolution

• If a member has concerns regarding their payout, they must raise a query within 7 days of the payout date.
• The company reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes as per policy guidelines.

7. Amendments

• Phygicart reserves the right to modify this policy as per business needs. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
